How it works

Following your initial contact we will be able to meet with you within 12 hours for a face to face meeting.

In our initial meeting we will ensure we get a full understanding of your circumstances and what we need to do, to be able to help you.

From there we will be able to offer you a solution within 24 hours.

From then on you will set the time scale, depending on the solution we offer you we can move at your pace, anything from a few days to a couple of months, you choose.

As with any legal transaction solicitors will be involved for both parties, and we will pay up to £500 towards your solicitors costs (terms and conditions apply).

All offers will be subject to valuation.
